This project was a design/build by LaRosa Building Group, LLC. A 4,000 sq. ft. Senior Center with an all purpose room, director’s office, full kitchen, spare office, game room storage in basement, 2 hydro-air furnaces, 50 gal hot water heater, ac and men & women’s lavatory.
A visiting nurses station, vinyl cedar impressions siding, 40 yr arch shingles, auto door openers and cathedral ceilings. Site-work required blasting of ledge and installation of an engineered septic system.
