Complete design and construction of a 31,000 sq. ft. facility to house U.S. Immigration Department, Customs, Agriculture, and Public Health Service for their clearance of all international air travelers.

Design had to incorporate all of the exact design criteria of each Federal agency, which were all different.  Specialties included passenger "jet-way", escalator, and baggage handling conveyor.

Final design included the remote electronic control of all building systems by the main airport terminal building.
