CES is a new 49,000 SF magnet school facility. Areas of work included in this project were:
-Construction of dance studios, video and multi-media production rooms, band rooms, and make-up rooms.
-Student lounge, locker room facilities, teacher offices and storage areas
-Stairways, custodial elevator, and corridors
Specialty Construction includes:
Black box theater, auditorium, catwalk system, phone/PA closet, alternative electrical service (site generator), and state-of-the art audio/video equipment.
LaRosa Building Group was honored with an ABC Excellence in Construction Award for this project in January 2009.
